We want you to be completely satisfied with your Brave Heritage apparel purchase. If you're not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
How to Start a Return
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Contact us at mdalegria@braveheritage.com to initiate a return.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Please allow additional processing time for returns, as each request is handled individually.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your apparel item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once approved, place a new order separately for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days, depending on processing times.
- If your refund hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us at mdalegria@braveheritage.com.
