Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped directly to you.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost is based on the weight of the items and the destination. Domestic orders typically take 2-7 business days for delivery.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Brave Heritage is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Brave Heritage is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
